Affiliate Program Terms & Conditions

1. Program Overview
The DealMetric Affiliate Program ("Program") allows approved participants to earn commissions by promoting DealMetric to potential customers. By joining, you agree to these terms.
2. Affiliate Approval
- Applications are subject to approval by DealMetric
- We reserve the right to reject any application without explanation
- Approval may be revoked at any time if terms are violated
- You must provide accurate business and payment information
3. Commission Structure
- Standard Rate: 20% recurring commission on paid subscriptions
- Commissions are calculated on the subscription price paid by the customer
- Recurring commissions continue for the lifetime of the customer's subscription
- No commission on refunded or disputed payments
- DealMetric reserves the right to modify commission rates with 30 days' notice
4. Payment Terms
- Minimum payout threshold: £50
- Payments processed monthly within 30 days of month-end
- Payment methods: Bank transfer, PayPal, or Stripe
- Commissions are held for 30 days to account for refunds/chargebacks
- You are responsible for any applicable taxes on commission income
5. Affiliate Responsibilities
As an affiliate, you must:
- Accurately represent DealMetric's services and pricing
- Disclose your affiliate relationship in all promotional content
- Comply with FCA regulations and advertising standards
- Not make false or misleading claims about investment returns
- Not use spam, deceptive practices, or black-hat SEO tactics
6. Prohibited Activities
The following are strictly prohibited:
- Bidding on DealMetric's brand terms in paid search
- Cookie stuffing or other fraudulent tracking methods
- Self-referrals or incentivized sign-ups
- Misrepresenting yourself as DealMetric or an official partner
- Using our trademarks without written permission
- Promoting through adult, illegal, or offensive content
7. Tracking & Attribution
- Referrals tracked via unique affiliate codes and cookies
- Cookie duration: 30 days from first click
- Last-click attribution model applies
- DealMetric's tracking data is final and binding
8. Marketing Materials
- DealMetric will provide approved marketing assets
- You may create your own content following brand guidelines
- All content must be factually accurate and compliant
- We reserve the right to request removal of non-compliant content
9. Termination
Either party may terminate participation at any time. DealMetric may suspend or terminate your account if:
- You violate these terms
- You engage in fraudulent or unethical practices
- Your promotional methods damage our brand
- You fail to comply with legal requirements
Upon termination:
- You must cease all promotional activities immediately
- Outstanding commissions above threshold will be paid
- Pending commissions below threshold may be forfeited
10. Tax Obligations
- You are solely responsible for all tax obligations on commission income
- You must provide valid tax information (UTR for UK affiliates)
- DealMetric will not withhold taxes unless legally required
- You agree to indemnify DealMetric for any tax liabilities arising from your failure to report
11. Confidentiality
All commission rates, performance data, and non-public information about the Program are confidential. You may not disclose this information without written permission.
12. Limitation of Liability
- DealMetric is not liable for lost revenue due to tracking errors
- We are not responsible for your promotional costs or activities
- Total liability is limited to unpaid commissions owed to you
13. Program Changes
DealMetric reserves the right to modify commission rates, payment terms, or Program rules with 30 days' written notice via email.
14. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
Fraud Warning
Fraudulent activity, including fake referrals, cookie stuffing, or misleading advertising, will result in immediate termination, forfeiture of all commissions, and potential legal action.
Tax Information
Affiliate commissions constitute taxable income. UK affiliates should register as self-employed and report earnings to HMRC. Seek professional tax advice if unsure of your obligations.
