Referral Program Terms & Conditions

1. Program Overview

The DealMetric Referral Program ("Program") allows existing users to earn rewards by referring new users to our platform. By participating, you agree to these terms.

2. Eligibility

• You must have an active DealMetric account in good standing
• You cannot refer yourself or create fake accounts
• Referred users must be new to DealMetric (never registered before)
• Referred users must use your unique referral code during registration

3. Rewards

• 1 Month Free: When your referral signs up for a free trial
• 2 Months Free: When your referral subscribes to a paid plan
• Rewards are applied to your subscription automatically
• Rewards cannot be exchanged for cash
• Maximum reward period cannot exceed 12 months in total per year

4. Reward Fulfillment

• Rewards are credited within 7 days of qualifying action
• DealMetric reserves the right to verify all referrals before issuing rewards
• Fraudulent referrals will result in reward reversal and possible account suspension

5. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Creating fake accounts or using bots
• Spamming or unsolicited mass marketing
• Misrepresenting DealMetric's services or pricing
• Using paid advertising with our brand name without permission
• Self-referrals or referrals of family members living in the same household

6. Program Changes

• DealMetric may modify, suspend, or terminate the Program at any time
• We will provide notice of material changes via email
• Continued participation constitutes acceptance of changes

7. Account Termination

DealMetric reserves the right to suspend or terminate your participation if:

• You violate these terms
• You engage in fraudulent activity
• Your account is closed or suspended
• You violate DealMetric's general Terms of Service

8. Liability

• DealMetric is not responsible for technical issues preventing referral tracking
• Referral rewards are provided "as is" without warranty
• We reserve the right to investigate and void rewards for suspicious activity

9. Privacy

Referral data is subject to our Privacy Policy. By participating, you consent to our collection and use of referral information for program administration.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
